Plexus and related utilities are in the Public Domain; you are free
to redistribute it or even resell it without restriction. I ask (but do
not require) that you leave the original credits and mention any changes
you made. Some files in the distribution contain copyrights of their own
and you must respect those contributors wishes.
Plexus Version 3.0m (beta) is available via ftp to
earth.com, login: ftp, password: _your_email_address_, in
plexus/3.0-beta/prerelease/Plexus-3.0m.tar.Z.
